Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging and include the printed return authorization form to ensure your credit is processed correctly.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned products, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
